1. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your orders by calling customer service at 0850 225 90 90.
2. HOW DOES RETURN PROCESS?
- If you want to return the product for any reason after receiving it, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order for the return to be processed, you must send the product you have returned to us, completely and undamaged, to the cargo by specifying our AGREEMENT CODE.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUND ON OUTLET PRODUCTS.
The product must remain in resalable condition for the return of the product to be approved. (It should not be modified, used, dirty, washed, ironed and should not have an odor on it.)
After the product reaches us, it is opened within 24 hours and the return / exchange process begins. In case the return request is approved after the necessary checks regarding the product are made by the return unit. PAY AT THE DOOR CASH OR TRANSFER. WHEN YOU PAY BY EFT, the refund will be reflected in your bank account within 3 (three) business days. Return and Exchange shipping fees belong to the buyer. You must submit your 26-digit IBAN number starting with TR and the name and surname of the IBAN owner in the return request form.
For your orders made by Debit / Credit Card, the refund will be made to the card from which you made the payment. THE PAYMENT YOU HAVE MADE WILL BE REFLECTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 (TEN) BUSINESS DAYS.
3. WHAT ARE THE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED AND EXCHANGED?
1- There are no refunds/changes for Outlet products.
2-Discounted products cannot be returned, exchanges can be made within 7 (seven) working days.
4. CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

5. I CAN'T SEE THE REFUND DONE TO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
This is about your bank. Your bank may not immediately reflect the refund on your account transactions. If you are having problems with the return process, you can get detailed information from our Customer Service at 0850 255 90 90.

8. CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE FROM THE STORE?
You can change the products you bought on our website from our store.
9. WILL I PAY THE CARGO FEE OF THE PRODUCT I SENT FOR EXCHANGE?
